Description
The second 'Ponification' of the 4 major factions in Boston features the Changestitute. Easily the largest and mot ominous faction in fallout 4.
They have the numbers on their side. They have eyes and ears everywhere. They have been waiting underground for 200 years. And they are now ready to emerge from from their hive city into the streets of Boston.
But do they come to aid ponykind? ... Or replace them?
(The Idea was to mix 'changeling' with 'institute' to create the 'Changestitute' - Just for the sake of Ponifying the name a bit.)
(I know - I'm probably going to grammar hell for that.)
What do you think? does the covert nature of the institute mix well with the shape-shifting Changelings?

personally I can definitely see similarities to the changelings and the institute, and this is one way to put it! Good job!
